There are a number of larger 'lodges'
nearby (none of them
could be considered large scale resort-like hotels). Most are
within a few minutes boat ride from the village of Tortuguero. They
also offer a convinient, and more expensive, way to get here. They
sell packages that typically include transportation (most from San Jose),
accomodations, and tours. |
